Privacy policy

This policy covers Sod Distributors Feed, a private tool run by one company for its own internal use.

What we read

From the connected QuickBooks Online company: customer names, invoices, payments and their dates and amounts.

What we do with it

We match payments to the operator's own customer records to measure sales and follow-up. Data is used only for that purpose.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not send it to any outside AI service. We do not change anything in QuickBooks.

Storage and security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest on the operator's own server and are never shown in pages or logs. Access is limited to the operator.

Retention and removal

When you disconnect, the stored access is deleted and no further data is read. Previously matched records stay in the operator's own system, and can be removed on request.
