End-user license agreement

Sod Distributors Feed (the "app") is a private tool operated by one company for its own internal bookkeeping and customer records. It is not offered to the public.

1. Permission

By connecting a QuickBooks Online company you authorize the app to read invoices, payments and customer names from that company, for the purpose of matching payments to the operator's own customer records.

2. Read-only

The app only reads data. It never creates, edits or deletes anything in QuickBooks.

3. Disconnecting

You may disconnect at any time from QuickBooks (Apps, then Disconnect) or from the disconnect page. After that the app can no longer read your data.

4. No warranty

The app is provided as is, without warranty. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

5. Changes

These terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
